We booked 3 nights for £600 and it’s the worst hotel hostel prison no windows no check in staff and lol existent manager and we only stayed for one night as we arrived at 2am and self checked in into cages not rooms ! Do not book this hotel and it’s should be removed from 訂房網站 , we ended up paying again and stayed in the Hilton little India for the same price which was 5 mins away

We checked in late at night since our flight arrived late. The mobile check-in process was easy to navigate, but when we tried to use the PIN code to unlock our room, it didn’t work. We ended up waiting for an hour to find someone to assist us. It was very inconvenient, especially since we were already exhausted from the flight, and there was no staff at the lobby.
The room itself was small, the mini refrigerator wasn’t working, and although there was a window, it was sealed shut and completely useless.
I was shock online check in no receptionist. Strong aircon. Tatami room is small for 2 adult 1 child. Hotel near everything! Massage outside is good too. Room is not sound proof. Good breakfast single serve food. Hallway is big and cold too. We will book again

No staff on site. You have to check yourself in. It’s a very small room, but hey it was a safe place to sleep with air conditioning, and in a decent location. Just was the smallest room I had stayed at when I first started my travels and was a shock. But not that abnormal for the price point in the area I have come to find out.
2 incident here.
1) This staff is what I think is worst. I have difficult to scan my face for check in. This have been 10mins struggling there. But he still “watching” his phone without offering or ask any help is it needed. In the end, I raise hand and ask for help.
2) The lift card detection sensitivity is low, the card need to touch on the button pad and not at the area instruction that highlighted in picture. The cleaner help me to ask the receptionist (same male staff) come here for help. Then he reply a very surprise answer. “OH, a lot of people encounter this. U should put higher and tag”
Since a lot of people encounter this, why don’t think a better procedure or instruction and tap slightly upper. Instead of waiting people keep suffer and suffer this.
